Fitaraa was created with a simple yet powerful vision—to make movement an effortless, everyday practice rather than a rigid, gym-bound routine. While traditional fitness often revolves around intense workouts, Fitaraa embraces a more holistic approach, where movement is adaptable, accessible, and seamlessly integrated into daily life.

The name Fitaraa comes from Fitness + Aura (energy), representing the belief that movement should be omnipresent, not just confined to scheduled workouts. Whether it’s through structured training, mindful stretching, or active living, Fitaraa encourages a lifestyle where movement is a gift, not a task.

By bridging the gap between fitness and well-being, Fitaraa is redefining how people approach health—helping them move better, feel stronger, and thrive in every aspect of life.

Our Founder

Poojitha is a fitness professional with over seven years of experience in the industry. A former National Softball player and Powerlifting athlete, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals—from general fitness enthusiasts to competitive athletes—as well as pre and postnatal clients seeking safe and effective movement solutions.

She observed a pattern: clients would push themselves during workouts but remain sedentary for the rest of the day, spending long hours at their desks with little to no movement. Fitness, for most, had become confined to a gym space, a task to check off rather than a way of life.

This disconnect between structured workouts and everyday movement led her to a realization: fitness should not be another stressful obligation—it should be adaptable, accessible, and a natural part of daily life.
